Michael joined Perry Construction in 2012. He is the Commercial/Industrial Real Estate and Land Acquisition Specialist for Perry Construction. Currently, he handles the marketing and leasing for Perry’s Industrial Portfolio of over 400,000 square feet of incubator space, primarily located in central Salt Lake Valley. He also handles the marketing and leasing for Perry’s three office buildings located in Murray, totaling 100,000 square feet. During his career, Michael has been involved with developing a piece of ground in Bluffdale that will house a project with 92,000 square feet of flex space.
