Dan Jepsen

Dan Jepsen is the CFO/Controller of Perry Commercial. Dan has been in charge of managing all aspects of the accounting and finances of the company, tax preparation, tax planning, and cash management for the Perry Group for nearly 40 years. He has taken on additional roles other than accounting. In the early stages of the company, Dan helped with finding and purchasing land, leasing, property management, developing, and assisted in preparing legal documents and the set-up of numerous different entities.

Prior to joining the Perry group Dan worked as a Controller for Victor Motors in Brigham City, Utah and Kensil CPA firm in Los Angeles, California.

Dan attended Utah State University on an athletic and academic scholarship. He transferred to Brigham Young University where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 1972.
